Koh Samui, Thailand
We make.
We build.
Construction, fit-out and custom manufacturing, run from one facility in Bo Phut — with our own workshop, our own site teams and owners you can actually speak to.

What we do
Three things,
done properly
Most contractors buy in whatever they cannot build. We produce a large part of it ourselves, on the island, which changes what is possible on a project.
How it fits togetherWhy integration matters
Fewer interfaces.
More control.
More control
More of the chain — planning, production, construction, installation — handled by one operation instead of coordinated across strangers.
Made for the project
Components produced for the actual space, instead of forcing the space around whatever is available off the shelf.
Decisions on the island
Workshop, project teams and owners are physically here. A question can be answered the same day, in person.
Fewer layers
Direct sourcing and in-house production remove intermediaries. Clients tend to find us more competitive than expected.
One accountable partner
When something needs fixing, there is no argument about whose responsibility it is.
You can come and look
The facility, the machinery and the people are open to inspection before you commit to anything.
The workshop
Where ideas become physical
Roughly 3,000 sqm in Bo Phut: construction operations, a large workshop, computer-controlled production machinery, furniture and component fabrication, material handling and offices, with a showroom on the way.
It matters for one reason. A component can be drawn, cut, assembled, finished and installed by the same organisation that is building the space around it.
Inside the workshop

Slot: workshop video
Short loop of cutting, assembly and finishing — to be filmed on site.
Work
Recent and current
Project case studies are being documented and photographed. The structure below shows how each one will be presented; imagery marked as such is reference material, not delivered work.
How a project runs
From the first conversation to handover
Not every project uses every step. A kitchen skips most of it. A hotel uses all of it twice.
- 01
Understand
What are you actually trying to achieve, and what has to be true for it to work?
- 02
Define
Drawings, materials, specification, constraints and a quotation you can read.
- 03
Make
Custom production begins in the workshop where the project needs it.
- 04
Build
Construction and coordination on site, run by our own people.
- 05
Install
Fitting the made elements into the built space — the part most projects get wrong.
- 06
Deliver
Handover, snagging and follow-through. You keep the same phone numbers.
The people behind it
Experience you can actually speak to
Vision Build Solutions is owned and run by Shaull and Nam. Shaull has lived and worked in Thailand since 1982. Nam, his Thai wife and business partner, runs the business with him from Koh Samui.
That is more than four decades of doing business here — which is why the company invests in a facility, equipment and permanent teams rather than a phone and a subcontractor list.
